The short version: we collect what we need to answer your enquiry and to see which pages actually help people. We do not sell anything and we do not hand your details to advertisers.

The controller is Koddy & Lenny s. r. o., company number 44267304, registered at Bělehradská 858/23, Vinohrady, 120 00 Praha 2, entered in the Czech Commercial Register — Městský soud v Praze, sp. zn. C 5124/MSPH. We run the ISC HUB bar at Masarykova kolej ČVUT, Thákurova 1, 160 00 Praha 6, Czech Republic.
We have no data protection officer, and we are not required to have one. For anything to do with your data, write to info@ischub.cz. A person answers that, not a ticketing system.
When you write to us about hiring the space, we process your name, email, and if you fill them in, your phone number and company. Along with that, details of the event itself — type, date, headcount and whatever you put in the message. Please do not put anything sensitive in the message; we do not need it to quote you.
The legal basis is steps taken prior to entering into a contract under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. Without a name and a contact we have nowhere to send the answer, which is why those fields are required.
Enquiries that came to nothing are deleted after two years. If an enquiry turns into an actual event, we keep the correspondence for as long as claims can be raised on either side, which is three years from the event. Invoices and accounting records we are legally required to keep for five years.
The site sets no tracking cookies of its own. It stores two small things that it cannot work without, and those live in your browser, not with us:

The first two are strictly necessary and work without consent — without them the site would do something other than what you asked for. You can withdraw consent to analytics at any time by clearing this site’s cookies in your browser; the bar will then ask again.
We use Google Analytics 4 with consent mode. Until you click Accept on the bar, measurement runs anonymously — no cookie is stored and no identifier is created that could recognise you on a later visit. Only after consent does it measure normally.
The legal basis is your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and Section 89(3) of Czech Act No. 127/2005 Coll. on electronic communications. Consent is voluntary and the site works exactly the same without it.
We sell it to nobody. But for the site and the email to work at all, it passes through three services acting as our processors:
With Vercel and Google, data may be transferred to the United States. Both rely on the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission, or on the adequacy decision for the EU–US framework. Beyond that we disclose data only to public authorities where the law requires it.
We take photos in the bar and at events. We use them on this site and on social media on the basis of our legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, namely promoting the place. They are atmosphere shots, not portraits of individuals.
If there is a photo you would rather not see up there, write to info@ischub.cz and we will take it down. We will not ask why.
Under GDPR you have the right to know what we process about you and to get a copy. You also have the right to have inaccurate data corrected, to erasure, to restriction of processing, to portability, and to object to processing based on legitimate interest. You can withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing carried out before that.
Just write to info@ischub.cz. We reply within a month at the latest, and it costs you nothing.
If you think we are getting this wrong, you can complain to the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection, Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Prague 7, uoou.cz. We would rather you came to us first.
We do none. Nobody is profiled and no machine decides anything about you.
